Hello Everyone, and happy new year!
This month flew by sensationally fast....I can't believe it's February already. This month's pictures couldn't possibly show all the changes and growth that Molly is going through. She is pointing at everything (especially, oddly, clocks) and saying "dat!" and wanting to know what it's all called. She's laughing a lot, and exploring her world, and generally being a good sport about everything. She has started her first week of care away from home (her melancholy father is back at work at Madison) but has taken to it with little fuss....she's pretty mellow about it all, which greatly relieves her parents.
Lucy has started "Lil' Kickers" at an indoor soccer facility in Seattle, and she loves it. The coaches are fantastic: its no easy thing organizing a dozen 3 year olds for 50 minutes of soccer drills and play, but they manage it well. It would be impossible to overstate how much her father enjoys being on the sidelines now, watching her girl boot the ball, and occasionally remembering when he was a Lil kicker himself.
Also, despite the miserable weather this month, we did visit San Juan Island, and I think the only outdoor shots of the month are from there.
