Hello Everyone,
On Tuesday, April 3, 8:20pm, right in the middle of the M's fourth inning, Lulu suddenly sat up and said, "I think something popped", and thus we were off to the hospital. Lovely Molly was born nearly six hours later, 2:12am, Wednesday, April 4th. The Mariners went on to win...
Our hours this month have been filled with feedings, diapers, sleep in little chunks, and lots of visitors. This first month with a baby is great, and so fleeting, and we're trying to enjoy every minute of it because, as Lulu will quickly point out, its our LAST time doing it.
Lucy absolutely loves being a big sister. She often wants to hold and hug the baby. No big sib problems, yet, but then Molly hasn't reached for any of Lucy's toys yet either... Molly is healthy and perfect and looks a lot like Lucy did when she was an infant, so it's clear it'll be easy to see they are sisters as they grow up.
